They Fight is an anthropological deep dive behind Shakespeare’s most famous moments of conflict.
Audiences will be led on an exciting investigation through the historical context behind the fights depicted in Shakespeare’s works, the narrative beats leading to the cinematic conflicts, and the socioeconomic circumstances that have made them so gripping to watch for past and present audiences.
They Fight will bring Shakespeare’s fight scenes to life, through stage combat, dance, and an accessible execution of the text.

The show will begin promptly at 7:00PM on Friday, September 4th, 2026. The performance will be held at Dallas College, Richland Campus in Fannin Hall, F102 Below is a link to Dallas College's website, which contains a map of available parking locations. We suggest parking in either the "V" or "W" lots, for the best parking experience.

At Prism Movement Theater, we believe in making the arts accessible and inspiring the next generation of performers. By offering free educational sword fighting classes on a range of dates, we aim to build skills, confidence, and creativity in our community while sharing the excitement of stage combat and Shakespeare. These classes are open to all and are part of Prism’s ongoing effort of inclusivity, learning, and joy through movement and performance.
